Dear Mr Smith,
Just to mention that, overall, we are very pleased with the end result and feel that your team did an excellent job inb particulartly tring conditions following the "wet" start on Monday. Special mention should be made of Mike who did a first class job on the "paving" front, not only on the patio but on the new path from front to back., Ben, for his standard of "carpentry" on the new gate and erection of the new fence and finally Joe who soldiered on with the "planting" of the shrubs (over 60) on the second day in appauling weather. We look forward now to seeing the various shrubs "mature" in the coming years with a variety of colour to admire. We shall probably invite Kieron back later on in the year to do some pruning.
